Looking for a Partner to help me Expand

We do decks patios, small room additions.

We have seen explosive growth over the past 5 years, but we are looking to expand our services to nearby markets. The neighboring markets are equally as lucrative, if not more

So we are looking for a strategic partner who understands this business or has some kind of value to add, as well as to loan us $450k; in exchange for interest payments and/or equity.

Or an investor who is willing to loan us the funds and we will secure the debt with equity that will slowly decrease as the funds + the interest are paid back.

The company currently has a gross revenue of $1.4 mill per year and cashflow is $650k per year.
